What's Included on Explora Journeys? The Complete All-Inclusive Breakdown
In short: Explora Journeys fares are largely all-inclusive: most dining, unlimited premium beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi, all gratuities, and thermal-spa access are built in. The main extras are the Anthology specialty restaurant, spa treatments, shore excursions, and airfare.
Explora Journeys uses a near all-inclusive fare model. Most of the things mainstream and even some luxury lines charge for à la carte are simply built into the price. Here’s the complete picture.
Included in every Explora fare
- Your suite with a private ocean terrace. Every accommodation is a suite — there are no inside or ocean-view-only cabins anywhere in the fleet.
- Dining at most venues. Nine of roughly ten culinary experiences are included, plus 24-hour in-suite dining.
- Premium beverages. Unlimited wines, champagne, premium spirits, cocktails, specialty coffees, teas and soft drinks — not a limited “house” list.
- High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the ship, for every guest.
- All onboard gratuities. Nothing extra to tip at the end of the voyage.
- Ocean Wellness thermal spa access, plus complimentary fitness, yoga and mindfulness sessions.
- Port shuttles from the port to the city centre on many journeys.
- Welcome champagne and a refillable in-suite bar.
What costs extra
- Anthology — the rotating guest-chef tasting restaurant carries an additional cover charge.
- Spa treatments — massages and salon services are charged separately (thermal-area access is included).
- Shore excursions — curated Destination Experiences are booked and paid for separately.
- Reserve wine & rare spirits — a premium list above the (already generous) included selection.
- Airfare and transfers — flights to and from the ship are not included unless part of a promotion.
How this compares
